So Where to start? At the beginning I suppose. My fascination for food started when I was young. My Mum and Dad are and always have been great cooks. I was endlessly spoiled with wholesome home-cooked meals and baked treats, often made with fresh produce grown by the family. If you were to have the choice of chocolate, vanilla or strawberry which would you choose? 1 t baking powder. Beat eggs with salt and sugar until pale and thick. Sift flour and baking powder fold in lightly. Then add melted butter and boiling water. Pour into a lined tin, keeping it thin. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 190C.
