So Where to start? At the beginning I suppose. My fascination for food started when I was young. My Mum and Dad are and always have been great cooks. I was endlessly spoiled with wholesome home-cooked meals and baked treats, often made with fresh produce grown by the family. I am thankful for all these things as collectively they form my roots and everything that I stand for today food made with love, to be enjoyed with those you love. And of course, simple, fresh flavours made with seasonal, locally.

If you were to have the choice of chocolate, vanilla or strawberry which would you choose? 1 t baking powder. Beat eggs with salt and sugar until pale and thick. Sift flour and baking powder fold in lightly. Then add melted butter and boiling water. Pour into a lined tin, keeping it thin. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 190C.
